BUMBO baby :)

I used to think putting Olivia in her bumbo made combing her hair and putting bows in it easier! But since she's decided to start leaning over the edge to look around .. it's not so easy.

Look at that curly wet hair!! Hmm I wonder if she will have little curls soon :) I'm loving this crazy hair.

My super curious baby! When I sit her on the bathroom counter (when I'm getting ready in the morning) she stares at my jewelry! Uh oh Daddy your daughter likes shiny things ;)

Slowly but surely figuring out how to grab and hang on to her toys! My baby is growing up so fast :( It is so fun to watch her figure things out :)

Look at that face! I'm wondering if she's thinking "What's going on here??"

Play Time!

I wish I was as cute as my Olivia :)
Hi Mom.

I don't wanna sleep. I WANT TO play!

Loving the camera :) But if I were her I would too!

I'm having fun Mom. Let me play!!

She just loves that bunny. I'm guessing it's easy to hold and stick in her mouth :)

SLEEPING STYLE!

Olivia is just the cutest sleeper! She definitely has figured out how to get comfy :)

Snuggling up to her bunny/ wrapped in her blanket.

She just loves the bunny!

Always sticking one leg out from the blanket.

She snuggles up to the couch. Alex is always so worried that she cant breathe sleeping like this. But I'm like hello I'm sitting right next to her and I'm super overprotective and paranoid!

Lots to UPDATE!

I've been visiting Joann's lately. Lots to do and make for Olivia! Of course it take a while because I can really only work on it when she is sleeping and lets be honest sometimes when she's sleeping I'm sleeping :)
I picked up the cutest letters to paint and put up on her wall. I've been feeling like her walls need some color (TOO much white) and since I can't paint the walls (dumb apartment) I have to improvise!

I also decided to start making her flower clips (for her headbands) myself. You know, before I spend to much money on ebay & etsy buying them from other moms. So I only bought a couple flowers to start (I wasn't sure what I would like or not). I buy the headbands on ebay though. I don't sew or crochet. Turning silk flowers into little clips is super easy and way cheaper! And now Olivia can have flowers in every color :) Check out what I've done so far (not attached to headbands yet..)

Just line an alligator clip with ribbon. Some hot glue and presto!

See what I mean so easy to do it yourself.

I also turned this cute door handle decor Shann bought Olivia into a bow holder. I had to figure out something to do with those bows! I didn't want all my hard work to get squished in a box :)

Alex's brother, Will, and his fiance got married on Saturday (August 22). It was a nice little ceremony. Olivia did so good the whole time. She didn't make a peep. She just sat quietly on my lap looking around (and sucking on her hands). I gotta say I never get tired of hearing what a great baby I have <3 When someone tells me that I'm always thinking "I know right."

Steph Watson, Olivia and I after the ceremony.

Just relaxing during the vows. Drooling all over her pretty dress.

This is Analysa, Will's daughter with Olivia. She's 9 months.

Mama and Olivia getting all set to leave for the church.

I sneaked into the guys waiting room before the ceremony to take a few pictures.

Don't you just love her headband!?! And her little mary jane shoes! Her shoes are a bit too big but what can you do? She had to wear something on her feet and I didn't think socks would match.

We were feeling left out of the guys photo session. So we had to get some pictures too!

Olivia and her Uncle Jude. (Alex's older brother)

Maybe I should have dressed Olivia for these pictures. She looks so casual compared to Dad in his tux.

This was the day I got the headband. I had to show Alex how cute it was.

SO little here. It was over a month ago! Time sure does fly :( Those pajama's she has on definitely do not fit anymore.

Olivia is doing so great. She's trying to grab on to the toys that hang down on the playmat. Not completely sure how to grasp them yet.. still figuring out those fingers. And sitting up so well! She just needs a little bit of help balancing.
Lately I've also noticed her staring at the food Alex and I eat. Hmmm does this mean she might be getting ready for something more than milk??

I've been making my own bow clips for Olivia. That way I can match her outfits :) Next step flowers::

I just love those toothless smiles!!

Getting so big! Look at that great head control!

Starting to actually fit in her car seat.

Blue eyed girl :)

She's such a little talker.

See what I mean!

Olivia had a few visitors this week:

Auntie Brooke was a little scared at first but we think she did great!

Nick was much more comfortable ;)

And Auntie Tara came to see us!! Getting soo big. Her shoes were too big but I wanted her to wear them anyways.

So cute right??!! I can't wait to for Olivia to wear it :) GO CATS!

We went to Toys R Us today. Can I tell you I just wanted to buy everything! I refrained because she is barely starting to reach for anything.. so the most she can do is look at her toys. I can tell already this girl is going to have a million toys. Oh boy!
I take a million pictures of Olivia :) It might be a bit excessive but I just want to remember every minute! And she is growing so fast that she looks a little bit different every week!

Olivia always looks extra comfy with her Dad.

See what I mean..

Talking to Mama!

She is such a happy & silly girl.

Going through a little growth spurt! Look at those chubby legs :)

So many smiles and laughs now!

Playing is tiring.

Splishin' and a splashin'

That mobile is one of the best gifts from my parents :) She absolutely loves it!
